  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sweet milk
INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs (reserve 1 egg white)
  • 2 tbsp. flour

INSTRUCTIONS
Cream sugar, eggs, butter, flour and salt. Add milk and mix well. Beat the reserved egg white until stiff. Fold in mixture along with vanilla. Pour in deep unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until knife blade inserted in center comes out clean. This egg custard is very creamy and has a nice brown crust on top. INSTRUCTIONS
1. Beat well 4 eggs.
2. Add stirring well 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, sprinkle of nutmeg.
3. Add gradually stirring 3 cups scalded milk. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pastry shell and bake at 450 degrees in hot oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking 25 to 30 minutes, or until knife blade inserted near the center comes out clean. Take care not to over cook. INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. milk

INSTRUCTIONS
In blender, put: 1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch 1/2 stick butter 5 eggs 1 1/2 to 2 c. milk (depending on shell size)
Blend all together for 3 minutes. Prick pie shell with fork and bake for a few minutes before adding custard, so
bottom will be done. Bake for 45 minutes or until done at 350 degrees. The egg custard recipe blendered is ready to serve...enjoy it !

  • 1 (3 oz.) egg custard mix (instant)
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding

INSTRUCTIONS
In large bowl, combine custard mix, milk and eggs. Add cake mix and beat 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured 12 cup bundt cake pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack or serving plate. Top with cream cheese glaze made with milk, cream cheese and xxx sugar. The egg custard recipe is ready to serve...nice ! Enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat milk in glass cup 3 1/2 minutes on high. Mix rest of ingredients and add hot milk. Pour into 6 custard cups.
Microwave 9-12 minutes, power 4, or until set but not real firm. Cool room temperature.

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1.3 oz. pkg. egg custard mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tbsp. butter flavoring
INSTRUCTIONS
Grease and flour bundt cake pan. In large mixing bowl combine eggs, custard mix, flavoring and milk. Blend at low speed. Add cake mix and beat as directed on package. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. The egg custard recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !

BAKED MAPLE EGG CUSTARD

BAKED MAPLE EGG CUSTARD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 custard cups or 1 (6 c.) glass or ceramic baking pan
  • 4 eggs
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1/3 c. real maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh peach slices (opt.)

INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs slowly adding other ingredients (except peaches). You can use either a wire whisk, an electric mixer, or a blender. Pour into oven proof custard cups. Place the cups in a deep baking pan. Fill the pan with hot water, almost to the level of the custard. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. (Add peach slices after 20 minutes.) When you remove the pan from the oven, remove the cups from the pan, otherwise the custard will continue to cook. Cool to room temperature, then chill thoroughly.
For glazed custard: Cook 1/2 cup honey in saucepan until it turns dark. Ladle a little hot honey into each cup so that it coats the bottom. Pour in custard and bake as directed. Before serving, loosen edges with a knife and turn custard out, upside down. The egg custard recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !
