EGG CUSTARD CAKE
A great egg custard recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (3 oz.) egg custard mix (instant)
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding

INSTRUCTIONS
In large bowl, combine custard mix, milk and eggs. Add cake mix and beat 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured 12 cup bundt cake pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack or serving plate. Top with cream cheese glaze made with milk, cream cheese and xxx sugar. The egg custard recipe is ready to serve...nice ! Enjoy it !
