BLENDER EGG CUSTARD RECIPE
Try this nice egg custard recipe !
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. milk

INSTRUCTIONS
In blender, put: 1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch 1/2 stick butter 5 eggs 1 1/2 to 2 c. milk (depending on shell size)
Blend all together for 3 minutes. Prick pie shell with fork and bake for a few minutes before adding custard, so
bottom will be done. Bake for 45 minutes or until done at 350 degrees. The egg custard recipe blendered is ready to serve...enjoy it !
